Shipping & Payment on Agua del aire Online Store
1. Delivery options
Below you will find a list of available methods to deliver your order from our online store. You can select your preferred option in the shopping cart before confirming your order.
For oversized shipments, the most suitable delivery method will be arranged individually after the order is placed. The price and delivery date will be confirmed later.
1.1. Personal pickup
Personal pickup is always possible after written (email) or telephone confirmation from the online store. The pickup location will be provided when your order is confirmed.
1.2. Store’s own delivery service
This service is provided by the seller within the Canary and Balearic Islands. The delivery date and time will be agreed with you by phone.
1.3. Courier delivery
Depending on the purchased product, we will select the appropriate courier to deliver your order within Spain, including the Canary and Balearic Islands. You will be informed in advance about the delivery date by the online store. Please note that delivery from or to the islands may incur an additional charge and longer delivery times.
2. Delivery times
2.1. Products in stock
- Canary Islands: usually 1–5 business days
- Balearic Islands: usually 3–8 business days
- Mainland Spain: usually 2–5 business days
2.2. Products in stock at the manufacturer
- Canary Islands: usually 10–15 business days
- Balearic Islands: usually 15–21 business days
- Mainland Spain: usually 5–10 business days
2.3. Products made to order
Delivery times are set individually – usually between 3 and 9 weeks.
3. Shipping cost
The shipping cost is calculated separately for the mainland and each island. You will find it in the shopping cart.
Information about surcharges for remote areas or oversized shipments will be sent to you in writing before confirming the order.
4. Payment methods
Below you will find the list of available methods to pay for your order in our online store.
4.1. Bank transfer
After selecting payment by bank transfer, we will send you payment instructions by email (account number and reference – order number). We wait for payment for up to 7 days; after that, the order will be canceled.
4.2. Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is possible for personal pickup (1.1.) or when using the store’s own delivery service (1.2.).
When paying cash on delivery, you can usually pay upon receipt using:
- Bizum service (available only for customers with a Spanish bank account)
- cash
- credit/debit card
The exact payment method will always be confirmed in advance before delivery.
